I have the RV800 and it has been a dream bike. I used it instead of my car whenever

That was until last Friday, when I was cycling up a local hill and all the power disappeared !!

The screen shows Error 10, so I have disconnected ALL the controller cables and put them back in but no change.

I have emailed Lankeliesi and they seem surprised by the fault (which is a bit worrying) and they have asked me to take a video.

I will let you know what happens next 😊

My son has one. Changed: the handlebars (780 x 35mm), shorter stem (35mm) twist throttle to thumb throttle (on left side), handlebar grips, dropper post, pedals and new seat. (Buyers should know that the bike does NOT have a torque sensor)

I have Lankeleisi X750 plus, just like what You said it have small problems, so do some upgrade, then you will enjoy ridding on it. Do what You want on it, it 100% yours. Nothing perfect, but You can make it perfect. Happy Riding. DIY anyhing is nice.

No one can say you haven't thoroughly given that bike a decent review if I had the money I would consider buying one as your honest review has won me mate! My roadbike is so awful being a cheap donor bike for the ekit I am grateful that I have it as its my daily ride to work but not for much longer as I leave 15 September but I will be on the downhill bike once a week tearing up the downs for a quick fix, Great vid Johnny

Yes you have right, i have the same bike and i bought directly a new brake pods because they are rlly poor

Already upgraded the seat, grips & brakes. Forks & stem will be the next upgrades, any recommendations for these?

After you having the problem with the front wheel coming off - my bike arrived with a fixed alen key setup that you slip through the whole front wheel.

Nice video mate good info but the question is, has it got enough power to hold a wheelie. say you already have the front wheel in the air from pedaling then get on the throttle could it hold it or ?
Never had an electric bike just 2 stroke crossers would be good to know cheers

Great reviews, I’ve ordered one! Are you going to do some modifications/improvements: grips/accelerator, seat, pedals etcétéra? I have also read the rear shock is poor and should be upgraded. You could change the internals of the front forks to improve their performance

At least your bike came with quick release pin ..mine didnt..my forks are broken..a bike repair man came round here today and thought it was secondhand..the brake discs are worn and ..has chips and scratches on...the light doesn't work nor does the horn..the tires look dirty and worn and my thought is....its either an ex demo or bits have bern put on from different bikes...i contacted the person who sold it to me..£1, 995..he said...get a hammer and knock the fork down..that's it..not my problem he said.

I bought this for a xmas present and he expects me to go buy new parts and put them on...im a 70 year old women!

The seat is to bad… you will hurt your a$$ if you sit a lot of time on it, i recomend you to buy better seat …

Can you not program the controller via the display like you can with the KT controllers, so as to make the throttle more responsive? Them forks being triple clamp would cost a Bob or two to replace, the geometry of the bike means you'd need some big downhill forks to go down the standard fork route, are they actually that bad? They do look the part though Don't they.

In general, this bike has poor-quality components. The brakes are bad; I've already broken one. They installed an outdated and unreliable freewheel instead of a cassette. The rear fender is loose. The freewheel is already bent, even though I've only been riding for two months. This bike is not worth the money. It's better not to buy Chinese bikes! The build quality and components are inferior.
