Specially-trained hawks being used to scare away roosting crows in downtown Portland

Crows gather around where death and caucuses usually are.

Gee! Maybe they could bring their special hawks over to Beaverton/Aloha area where they must have ran them all off to after they left downtown! I would love to know how they got the crow to be afraid of the hawks? Because where i live around 170th &Farmington Road, we a a serious rodent problem that seems to get worse as there is nobody doing anything about the crow running all the birds of prey out of the area! There are so many crow in this neighborhood that they gang up four to six crow on a big hawk dive bombing it and making all kinds of noise! They are not scared in any way of these birds, So why can one of these hawks they turned loose downtown get them to break up the murder of crow like that?
