I hope my countless feedback about "better color grading features" helped. Now i will love premiere even more and more. İ was fighting against using any other software because I'm adobe user for decades. This news made my day 🙏🏻❤️

And will this finally mean the colours I export are not drastically different from my timeline?! or is Gamma Compensation LUT still essential??

Finally ACES Colour Management is in Premiere. Never understood why it was available in AE and not Pr.

How can I solve this problem? When I select “Wide Gamut (Tone Mapped)”, my logo animation, which was originally white, becomes dark. It becomes dark because the “Knee” is set to 0. But if I change the knee to 1, the animation looks good, but my SLOG footage looks bad.

Adobe is doubling down on its dumbing down of LUTs, "managing" substitution of generic profiles instead of subcategories and camera sensor-specific details. For example, Adobe dumbs down S-Log3 without respecting its numerous variants that truly look different, and get recorded differently based on camera settings. Moreover, there's a reason why plugins like Cinematch exist: LUTs need to be further customized for the unique color and gamma qualities of differing camera sensors that use the same LOG profile. Altogether, people who are serious about grading use film emulation plugins like Dehancer and FilmConvert, which bypass "color management" and use custom LOG conversions that respect the numerous variants and camera sensors.
