Part Two: What is Evaluation?

This is the second of a three-part training introducing WV Growing Health Community (GHC) grantees and future applicants to the basics of program evaluation. This training was held in person in January, 2015 in Bridgeport, WV.

The GHC program is a collaboration between the West Virginia Development Office, Bureau for Public Health, and the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation to provide mini-grants of up to $20,000 to West Virginia Main Street and ON-TRAC communities. These mini-grants aim to increase programming for community wellness, healthy food, and active living while promoting economic and community revitalization in line with the goals of the Main Street movement.

Unsubstantiated Genetic Disorder should not be an automatic Diagnoses. Life tragedies and traumatic events should not condemned/enunciated a person to be delusional, paranoid, or trust issues.

Not treat Client with correct POC. This is mental cruelties and abuses. Yet they have been paid royally.

Fabricated Diagnoses has Egregiously HARRASSED, bullied, and brainwashed Client. Defrauded Client and Insurance.

For a Psychatrist asserted false evaluation is ludicrous and Sinistered Malpractice.
