Teensy 4.0 is the latest Teensy, offering the fastest microcontroller and powerful peripherals in the Teensy 1.4 by 0.7 inch form factor. It features an ARM Cortex-M7 processor at 600 MHz, with a NXP iMXRT1062 chip, the fastest microcontroller available today. Teensy 4.0 is the same size and shape as Teensy 3.2, and retains compatibility with most of the pin functions on Teensy 3.2.

I'm a long time user of the Teensy's and really like this platform. Excellent work Paul! For me personally I would really like to see a 3.5 with Wi-Fi (and all the extra pins possible...)

One word to describe the Teensy 4? FAST! One really fast processor, plenty of program and runtime memory, easily addable SD card, plenty of GPIOs... what's not to love! :D

This boards specs are wild, but I'm really not a fan of the teensy package. Having so many pins as pads on the bottom of the board makes for some really awkward breakouts if you want to utilize everything.

Where is the Ethernet? An Allwinner ARM SoC H2+/H3 found on a 8$ Orange Pi Zero is a good cost effective alternative
