Idk what type of duck that is but Muscovy is really good! It can be more gamey if you cook it wrong, but as someone who raises/butchers them, its really good 😊

i ate a chicken bao bun at a japanese restaurant on vacation recently(It’s located in Hersonissos, Crete, the name is Wasabi in case anyone goes there, i’m saying this out of pure love for the people there)and i regret not knowing about these earlier, i could have 3 of these for a meal, i think they are superior to burgers even, simple but effective.❤

if you want more moist Bau buns then you should boil water and put a strainer over and put the buns in, if you don’t have a bamboo steaming basket

I love duck. My mom makes duck bee hoon(thick rice noodle) soup sometimes. The house would smell of the soup for the day. Really oily because of the whole duck but really tasty.
