Looks like she's in torpor. This was confirmed when you admitted to *_putting her in the fridge to "tame" her._* She isn't tame at all, and what you're doing is cruel. Green tree monitors are a tropical species, they don't tolerate cold temperatures. Even at above freezing temps, their blood and tissues can form tiny crystals from the cold, and it is EXTREMELY painful for them.
