As a casual Celeste player, I have accidentally done crazy stuff multiple times. I do know how to dash and then jump, mainly 'cause I've done the first two or three rooms of Chapter 2's B-sides.

Yeah this has happend to me way too much when I played with a controller. The controller wasn't bad, I just am not used to them, and I would often dash in angles I did not intend.

Unfortunately I don't have this level of skill to help me recover from an inopportune dash
