The way he called us “friends” is great

Two ways you know he actually works in a kitchen:
1) "What's up, fuckers?"
2) "If you disagree, I didn't ask."

"Those were some kitchen tips. And if you disagree, I didn't ask." That made me laugh. That's a mood right there.

The white part of the lettuce is the best part. It adds the crunch I’m looking for when I ask for lettuce.

I think “If you disagree, I didn’t ask” is my favorite thing I’ve heard today

You a great human being for this video there are a lot of people who don’t have guidance and just get thrown into working or they are young and fending for themselves. You just gave a good chance to a lot of people out there struggling. Thank you 🙏🏽

Worked in a food truck for over a year. Never had a propped boss to teach me how to cook or run thing. Then over the summer the owner brought in a new boss. He was a no-nonsense chef. He taught me everything I know about cooking. How to temp a burger, how to time when to put certain foods down. It was great. I still miss him a lot. He and his wife were such important roles in my life ❤
