Be careful!, a Backup usually includes:
- ALL related Data
- A restore for ALL related Data

Backup & Migrate just handles the Database. If you change Themes, add Modules, etc. and use Backup & Migrate to backup your site, then you should hope and pray that you do not need a restore - otherwise you probably have just the complete Database but *not* the appropriate backend.

When I take quick backup then it gives me network error.can u pls tell me what is the issue

I can't seem to find my files. I went to /sites/default/files, but it's not there and the File System tab says that's the path for files.
