I get that SC is a narcissist, and in no way prepared for a relationship..
But she's doing it all wrong.

Don't talk at all. Don't look them up.
Don't discuss it. Put up a wall, and guard that wall with prayer.
I moved 1, 400 miles, to leave a narcissist. It was the only way.
The best method is to get distance.
If she had moved, the breakup would have been permanent.
