im shocked at how natural this all came to me cause I'm already doing that all, i have my prices already marked to how I'll do it, i wrote down how my demo gonna look, already started a following in my niche market, already putting up ads for my saas build and im still weeks and maybe months away from completion, have a big slow down since im traveling out the country but once im back in US in a few weeks, things will speed tf up dramatically

Met a guy yesterday who started a SAAS business before pandemic generation $10 million. Never heard this business model before.
He generate revenue by just middle man everything

Hi! Insightful video, thanks for sharing. Nowadays we can outsource a lot when it comes to the tech stack (low code, no code etc). Where I need advice is in the lead/audience gen actually. Techniques and tools to put the marketing machine in place for B2B customers...

Thanks for this. I have a Saas biz idea, but honestly, it’s a “nice to have” vs a “must have”. This completely took the wind out of my sail, BUT will save me time and money in the long run. But I’m still sad.🥺

Thank you for the amazingly clear steps to follow. I hope you will consider a follow-up video that details some of the following:

1) What’s the best way to interview your market? Any tips on how to reach your audience the best?

2) What’s the details about building a “lead magnet”? In regards to building the mailing lists, is it as easy as creating a landing page with a form to fill out or what other strategies go into the GTM step?

3) As you iterate through the product steps do you continually reach out to your mailing list or elsewhere to let people know the product has improved to see if the latest changes may have convinced them to subscribe?

I will check out your checklist if it helps me with my questions but I really appreciate the video format so hoping you will address them in a future video. Thanks again!

How did you discover the problem that a sales engagement company would solve? Like we're you talking in person with people and they were telling you about friction they have?

How would you navigate connecting to potential customers if you think you have an idea that has not been done yet, and you have no provisional patents yet, so you cannot risk disclosing anything.
