He didn't dump me. He had to go back to his country due to US immigration laws. His anxiety and drinking made him impossible, his last visit, so I stopped contact after 6 years. I'm 75, so will die alone. My apt. is just too small for two people, but I have a great location, so torn. He reaches out and I don't answer. But some days cry too much. So much of what I am is his influence. He taught me, gave me so much that I'm a changed person, enriched. I miss him so much but his power over me is frightening

I walked away. So I went by his house to get ONLY my key for my house and he acted a fool. I am like boy give me my key. This man said I don't have your key knowing good and well he has my key. Like give me my key ain't you moved on?

One thing you guys never covered at least from what I saw was narcissistic abuse and manipulation and such things… I guess it would defeat the getting your ex back business… at least you do push personal growth to where one could ultimately decipher such things. That was better than getting my ex back. I got myself back.

Would no contact work if I reached out and pleaded within the first month of breakup and also tried to meet her and see her? One month after the breakup I met her and also sent her flowers for her month within that first month. It’s been over a month now and I have not contacted her.
