I Hit 50k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Ann Elizabeth Messer for helping me achieve this .

I hope it doesn't go very bad. So then do you think it's best for us who are not institutional investors to focus on index funds or individual stocks? I want to redistribute my 60k portfolio and I preferably want the asset class with the best return on investment.

The tightening was too aggressive to begin with. The rate hikes have broken an already fragile economy that would have worked out the inflation in the free market. The Fed chose to spark inflation buy napalming the public with stimulus right when the global supply chain was broken and production of good and service basically did not exist during Covid. It was gasoline on the perfect firestorm. Then, instead of letting the inflation work itself out… we hiked rates thousands of times higher than they were in the most massive pounding the Fed has ever given an economy. They chose to break the inflation they created over the backs of the middle class. Now they’re providing a little relief and everyone is acting like it’s going to bring back Covid level inflation and end the Anyone feeling the impact of these economic shifts should consider Crypto long-term trading strategies to protect their assets. My advice to anyone feeling the heat in this inflation, just trade long term more than ever, I have made over 520k from day trading with Sandy Barclays in few weeks, this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish..

I am a little worried about growth projections of funds i kept in a HYSA north of $80k, I aim to avoid FOMO and look at buying at the dips. Am I better off investing into Gold as it seems stocks are a little too unstable right now?

The assumption that consumer behavior is sensitive to price is a core assumption in economics that has proven to be accurate. The behavior of an individual isn't predictable but economics assumes that on average people will make rational decisions like substituting one item for a comparable item under certain circumstances.

One way to minimize the anxiety out of stock market investing, is to make sure you keep a large cash cushion. I invest in the market, but never put all my money in market. I have been a dividend focused investor for a long time. This does not mean I don't own growth stocks, I do. A well rounded portfolio should be a mixture of both categories.

To be kinda blunt, I am giving up on investing in stocks... I put between 2000 to 3000 a month and it's nothing but down down.... frustrating and I only invest in boring big companies. How can I capitalize in such a market?

Good info and transparent trades. You mentioned 40 delta CCs. Are you also being that aggressive on the Puts to get in and out of the wheel quickly?

Consider buying shares in sprott physical silver physical gold or both I'm up 5% in under 1 month in the pslv representing silver ...just for maintaining the value of your purchasing power with options trading gains through sprott... all shares are 100 percent backed by precious metals... and not leveraged

Was surprised to hear you prefer renting over owning. Would love to hear more about that in one of your videos please.

Great stuff. Thank you for sharing. I agree CPI should never be trusted.

Michael Saylor talked about Asset Price Indexing rather than Consumer Price Indexing as a better measure, but really it’s just M2 for me. As long as the money supply goes up inflation will never go down no matter what lies they tell.

Hearing a more global perspective is very helpful!

What i like to do in times like these is that i look for companies with high IV options, making sure they have weeklies and no upcoming earnings report. I go deep in the money covered calls, with delta around 80-85 and I manage to make between 0.8-1.5% profit/week.

Out of curiosity. Have you explored stock markets in other countries? Is there any option trading internationally not directly tied to the dollar?

Mate if you have less money, you will be forced to cheaper items. Especially when you have kids. Discretionary items will be discretionary.

CPI is always replaced by cheaper products, instead of butter, margarine, etc.
