This is a very useful video, many of my students ask me this question and it is vital to know if you want to pass an exam. It may be useful for students to know that ‘restrictive’ and ‘non-restrictive’ can also be called ‘definite’ and ‘non-definite’ relative clauses (just in case you see these terms written in a coursebook)
