How bad is filter coffee with the espresso burr set? I’d be inclined to leave in the one burr set and run both programs unless I was entertaining and brewing a lot of one or the other.

Niche Duo is a disappointing product even for espresso, it brings nothing new to the table. I'll stick to my Niche Zero and will upgrade to a Zerno Z1 after a while.
