The brand new Niche Duo with 83mm Flat Burrs.
.
It comes with two sets of 83mm Flat Mazzer Burrs, one set for espresso, and the other set is for filter.
.
It has the exact same features and design when compared to the original model (Niche Zero 63mm conical burrs).
That being said, some minor improvements have been made in regards to the calibration collar being stiffer, the ground coffee retention is even better, and the motor is stronger to keep up with the required torque for the flat burrs.
.
Changing the burrs is extremly simple and straightforward. However, it is not practical to change them on a daily bases between your filter and espresso brews.
.
Personally, we think that the biggest advantage of having the spare burr set is that it enables you to have your 83mm burr set of choice ready to swap within two minutes without the need for recalibration.
.
83mm SSP burrs are compatible with it. We are already testing it with both the 83mm SSP HighUniformity and Multipurpose burrs.
.
Additionally, the 83mm SSP Lab Sweet burrs are on the way and we will confirm this once we receive them.
.
Overall, as first impressions, the Niche Duo meets our expectations. It utilise the elegance of the Niche Zero in this larger and stronger body.

If you don't mind telling me what you payed total with import? I looked on the website and it said for both sets of burrs it was 670or 680
Euro but I think that translated into about 700 something USD is that the case or was it more with import tax? I saw videos of it being more like 1500<USD I'm just want to know how much it would cost to have it total cost? Please and thank you
