We are running Hoosier radials on one car and Mickey on the other and it seems like the MT like a pound or pound and a half more pressure. Both similar weight and power f body's, for guys running different brands. Great video.

A lot of people ignore the front tires. I use minimum of 45psi in the front, The car rolls better and I always run faster with the higher pressures.

On 315s we ran down to 14psi on a 3300lb car and some of the light cars down to 12. On 275s we are in the pressures you are suggesting.

What about drag radials with a low profile side wall such as 285 35 19 with a 3900 lb car same pressures or higher

Wish I knew this before I sent my Hoosier slick radials at 31 PSI dropping clutch at 4k expecting them to dead hook LOL, I ran a 2.7 60’. Looks like I got to deflate.

Im pretty sure a slick likes to be planted also, just not as drastic and hard as a radial. You dont NEED less than 100% antisquat(squat) for a slick to work. A lot of small tire no prep/low prep guys have a lot of success running more than 100% antisquat(seperation) on a small tire slick car.

Hi, I have 370z and is low powered car so I don't care about traction at take off. I want to go roll racing where it's cruising at about 30mph then taking off at the green light. Some people say a higher tire pressure give me faster time to the finish line because it will have lower rolling resistance etc but other people say a lower tire pressure will give me faster time because the rolling circumference is smaller. I don't know what to do? Can you give me your advice please, thanks
