LIFESAVER!!! I got my DSi back when I was in elementary school if I'm not mistaken, and my dad set up parental controls on it. I asked him years later in high school if he knew the pin so I can disable the controls, he said he didn't know it. Now I'm in college and I thought I'd NEVER be able to get rid of the damn controls- but then I looked up my situation and found your video. It worked perfectly, thank you for sharing this!!!
