Yep. But when its cold youre supposed to shake it on the back tire. You do the opposite because when its hot you need less gas in the combustion chamber (next to firing piston hot surface ignitor) which is located closer to the rear tire. When it's colder it's harder to start so you lean it backwards in order to ensure ample fuel is dispersed around the hot surface ignitor (firing piston).
