I bought an Alesis Nitro and the HH pedal was deal on arrival - the switch needs replacing - no help from Alesis support it's not like this though - has a small board attached. Very frustrating to encounter this on brand new stuff.

You don't need to scrape to solder on the piezo, just clean it with alcohol. It's also not recommended to heat it for too long. You ended up damaging a significant part of the contact with the crystal, which results in a loss of sensitivity.

mine is working when i touch the sensor from in front of it.But when i close it i dont have signal when i push.Can someone help mi with that?

Chances are if were here then we don't know how to do this kind of work and therefor do not know what materials your using. I know your using a soldering iron and solder what is the other stuff glue?

tip: since your piezo was broken, you should have replaced the piezo entirely and not re-soldered it because more than likely it will just break again. also, after soldering apply epoxy cement to the wires on the piezo to help keep the solder joint from breaking off.
