For those of you who are thinking about doing the first course, here’s my experience and opinion of it…

It’s been months since I did his course and I can confirm even after all this time, It’s incredible. It’s 100% worth doing, it especially helped me feel comfortable using the unity editor (except for the particle system, that thing is a nightmare to learn), i will say with the complex programming you may not fully get it at first but after the course when you go to add some of the similar features, it’ll kinda just click and you’ll be like “oh i get it now, that’s why you had to do this and that with this other thing to help that” whereas while i was doing the course i was just like “what?, huh? I’m confused, that’s a lot, why is it everywhere?” So don’t give up if you can’t wrap your head around something, it’ll come to you sooner or later down your path.

I remember hearing i tip for doing courses or tutorials, i think was something like “watch first, do after” idk but basically just follow along and try to watch a small segment and then pause the video and try to replicate everything in that segment without rewinding and from memory unless you absolutely have to. I personally didn’t do this and I feel fine but I instead tried to follow along and ended up replaying segments 4 times before getting it down which made the 10 hour course turn into 40 hours. Everybody learns differently and at different speeds, as long as you keep at it, you’ll get there eventually.

The best unity course I have seen so far 🖤.

Some parts can seem overwhelming ( IMPO ) because there are advanced topics but you can complement it with other videos of the same topic that CodeMonkey has and it is brutal how much you can learn with just one course.
