building houses is really simple for Americans building a house is like blowing up a balloon you can build a villa in just one day how do they do it it turns out that an American company Bells has developed an Innovative bubble-blowing technology for building houses which greatly simplifies the traditional construction process first workers prepare the foundation according to the design drawings then cover it with an inflatable airbag using a pump the airbag is inflated to form the basic house model and then a steel mesh is used to fix the shape on its surface next concrete is sprayed onto the surface of the airbag and in just one day the shell of a house is completed after the concrete hardens the airbag can be deflated and reused compared to traditional construction methods this technology can reduce the construction Time by about 66% and the cost is only $5,000.

These are known as a monolithic structures, as in monolithic domes. The footings and slab are reinforced concrete with rebar and mesh, rebar is also placed over the inflated part, the concrete which has fibers in the mixture is then put through a machine which blows it onto the structural frame...it's called shotcrete.
Now the footings and slab takes time to make because of measuring, leveling, rebar, plumbing and concrete. Then all that has to cure which can take some time...which is determined by several factors.
Then the "balloon" is inflated. The mesh, rebar and such is then added, that will take some time depending on the size of the structure and size of the crew. It can take time. The shotcrete part can be fairly fast if you have a large experienced crew yep in a day...if all goes well.

With material and labor costs I doubt you're gonna get a shell for $5, 000

I've already seen a $30k foundation between materials and labor. Then another $25k for the rebar and labor. Then, atleast another $45k to $60k worth of concrete for the shell depending on the area and the mix. Then there's the cost of labor to finish the inside and outside. Plus...you are going to have to spray seal several coats.

You MIGHT could build that shell in the US for less than $100k...but $5k is just ridiculous.

I had this idea 50 years ago when I was building swimming pools. The only problem is dealing with city building departments. Seems like all building inspectors are failed contractors, who hate those who are successful.

$5000 my ass. There's a LOT being left out of this video for the finished ready to move in costs:

-Land cost
-Electric, power costs, gas lines (utilities have to come out and trench then hook up to existing if in City, or further dig out if a Septic system)
- Landscaping
- Interior wiring
- gas lines (if used)
- interior wall finishing
- AC/heating ducting
- AC/Heater itself
- Floor finishing
- ALL interior decoration/finishing

Hell, JUST the AC/Heater for a sq footage like that would cost minimum 12, 000.

A small villa is about 900/1000 sq Ft. Maybe that’s just the cost for concrete and rebar. It wouldn’t include electrical and plumbing. Total cost would be much more.
