I think a lot of people have the following experience .You wake up in the morning, your eyes are open but you haven't yet labeld the objects .I compare this with a news anker who doesn't know he's on air, in this case the news anker is the conceptual thinking .The fun part is that this same mind wants to have the experience of his own absence again .

Even without thought, the object is still over there because I have to walk over there to touch it. And because I can touch it, it's an object separate from me, not an image on a screen. I enjoy a silent mind easily, but it's just neutral. I've never felt any sense of bliss, intimacy, or home. I've pretty much given up at this point. I gave your book to a neighbor who was interested. I'm too sick of the feelings of frustration and failure.

Hi Angelo, Thanks for your vdo's. I find short ones like this the best. This vdo triggered some experiential questions. - When I look at a flower it does not disappear and there's a feeling sense of a me here looking at it there. But when I'm aware of a thought, the thought disappears but I am still here and aware. What's going on here? Are we briefly noticing the illusion of separation then? What are the subtleties we could become aware of here?

Try looking at everything in front of you as one image, then say, what is the distance between the image and that which perceives the image ?

Why is it the case that even though I can see the visual field as 2d, that in practice there still appears to be “distance” between me and other objects? If I use my dogs as an example, I have a high level of intimacy with them, can sense their energy or presence close by when we’re at home even if they’re not in the same room. But I can’t sense this closeness when I’m at work? Obviously I’m still in duality, but there are times I can feel the oneness of all when relaxed and quiet. How can I collapse distance experientially with the other senses as easily as can be done with vision and hearing?

What is stopping us (or you) from peeling back more critical layers of the human condition? Is there any real reason why you can’t shape shift (or other) in your lifetime? Isn’t the body just a conditioning?

Maybe it could be a flaw in the way we perceive entanglement. You cannot entangle two particles, you can appear to split one. You is a very powerful word, the word appear may be the entirety of the definition.

Shit, i was looking into my finger intensly and said to the tention relax, like you put a pizza into owen and you dont doubt that the oven will heat the pizza, it just will, so with that approach i said to my attention to the finger. And the more you stay in that letting go the more finger starts to look into you ;D

If im looking, 1 milisecond after it the mental commentary starts with thoughts. Is it the goal to stay in that non-mental commentary? The stillness?
