If you can t see that than observe, observe free from your own knowledge that is preventing you to see, free from your own conclusion, just observe. From that observation understanding will be born and from understanding comes compassion, from compassion comes LOVE.

Wonderful! This is a really clear outline of how we interact with people from our 'ego' if we are not aware. 
When you meet a new person you can feel self conscious, have a need to be liked and try to sell yourself so to speak. Its like performing, acting, playing a roll/image and takes effort. You have an image that you want to maintain, it's a pressure. 
If you 'be' your genuine self, your true authentic self, it takes no effort at all. That is freedom. If people don't like you, or judge you, that's ok
