Thank you for this. People are getting stressed about what they can eat and what they cannot that eventually they give up on all of it and revert to bad habits. We need to know it’s ok to eat a cookie or a piece of chocolate

I've switched to having Quark and berries for breakfast, it's high protein and low fat, then I have peanut butter on toast. I feel much better and my palpitations that I was having after breakfast have stoped!!😊p.s. I still get palpitations but not as bad as they were.
