My experience with ADT - a nightmare!
1. Was told I can run the ADT software from my mobile and battery replacements are included. This is simply not true. My home is in Florida and I was in Ohio. Had to travel to Florida to meet the ADT Support guy because he could not enter the home without someone being there. At the time I did not know anyone in Florida.
2. 7Xs the alarm has gone off for no reason 4Xs in the night.
Just last evening it went off, my son (backup for me) was called by Police and told them there was no issue. Called the ADT support line and they stated the fire department was on the way. I told support is no fire – I’m standing in the home. Fire department showed up anyway.
3. Had people staying at the home and alarm went off – ADT sent out their best support person and early in the morning the alarm went off again.
4. I finally removed every piece of equipment installed by ADT – called ADT who stated they will get back with me in an hour – never heard back

CPI was THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE we’ve had. Charged for items never installed, system was offline for a <year and demand $2, 000.00 to cancel?! TERRIBLE

Interesting that Cove won last year. Out of all of the systems I've heard the worst comments about Cove. They all have issues, but Cove seems to have a very buggy initial system. My personal experience has me going to systems that have a wired Ethernet connection to the hub.

That’s the problem with Americans “cheap” you can’t find real quality anything anymore. The more cheap companies there are more expensive good quality things become. How do you people not see that?

The Vivint whistle turned our neighborhood into a walking nightmare. All day and night that stupid whistle goes off. I know exactly when my neighbor opens their front door and again when they are in their drive way. Walk around the block, whistles and whistles and whistles. Best was the group mail box where we had to listen to that whistle every time you grab the mail.

I can't wait for all the whistles to die. It's like the car alarm phase, no one even cares when a car alarm goes off. No one in my neighborhood will care about a Vivint whistle, we have been hearing them non stop.

Quit saying Arlo is good it is not the cameras are nice but the software

No one should take this video seriously.

These are all cheap junk systems you buy over the counter.

ADT are one of the most expensive companies out there.

Furthermore, no mention of brands like Bosch who do a very affordable range of panels like the 3000 and the 6000.
