Old Chicago has breakfast? I had no idea. I live in Nebraska and true to form I usually hit up McD's for a quick breakfast but if the line is too long I'll swing by Burger King. So typical. LMAO!

Perkins is a restraunt. A sit down, with a waiter, and long wait times. I would know because I am from MN. Also for Wisconsin, I am pretty sure Culvers does not have breakfast. We have lots of Culvers in MN too and none of them serve breakfast, just the usual and butterburgers and custard.
