I mean as a coach and teamplayer yamato is really great to have in game, but skillwise he is for sure a big liability for this team. However his coaching and calmness in games can make up for it perhaps, but since they also have kirei its hard.

Midbeast's team is mostly OTPs team, with Top, Jung and Supp, good players but not for a tournament format, Alois' team is looking really damn solid, probably second best team, Baus' team is interesting enough, he has really solid players on every role, but it all depends on YamatoCannon since he is a coach mostly.

Outside that, team Nemesis is looking like the best one by far, idk about botlane, but having best of the server in Top Mid Jung it's a bit way too much.
