Topping DX3 Pro vs Topping D50

Vincent Audio SV237 + Troels SBA 941 + Topping DACs

Topping D50 is been with me for a while now.
Topping DX3 Pro, just played it like 3 hours so still breaking in.

First part is using DX3 Pro, I hope you enjoy your listening :)

They are very similar, but d50 sounds more refined. Not a big difference. If I had to choose one I would take d50

As I listen to YouTube on my laptop, I am listening while I am connected to an Audioquest Cobalt amp/dac And Campfire Audio Polaris II earphones, and within the first 10 seconds I can hear a difference. The DX3 sounds better.

By the way, you have a great looking sound system. Congratulations!

It's true the D50's treble is sweeter and there is a little more space. The D50 is more hifi, but the DX3 is more involving, and that's the name of the game with music.

I'm listening to this video through a DX3 Pro right now, and the weird thing is, I like the sound of the D50 playback better than the playback through your DX3 Pro. I love the functionality on the DX3 Pro, but I find the treble a bit edgy and overbearing on the mids and the bottom end lacks depth and impact. Overall, I found the D50 representation to be more balanced throughout the frequency range, with the mids being far more evenly represented and articulate...even after it has been passed through my DX3 Pro!

La verdad que le tenia idea a estos DAC todo en uno pero suena muy bien. Cual recomendarias por calidad sonora D30+A30 (u$s 245, esta era mi primera opción), o E30+L30 (u$s 270) o este DX3pro (u$s 220)??

Hi, I canceled my Topping E30 order yesterday, cuz it has an uncertain preamp performance (I intended to connect my active speakers 305P into my TV via optical and get the benefit from the remote control), now I'm thinking about the DX3 Pro+.
How it performs as a preamp in this case (TV> DX3 > Active speakers).

I'm thinking of buying a DAC TOPPING DX3 PRO PLUS, to connect to the PC or Smartphone via USB or Bluetooth, and also to connect the TV via Optical Digital and to connect to my Vintage Amplifier TECHNICS SU VX-600.
Do you think I will get better PC sound from Mp3 320k music with this DAC? than for example a CD in a CD player connected directly to the Amplifier ? or doing this reading of mp3 from the CD player with USB input?.

Gdzieś czytalem że w D50 można sobie samemu zmieniać wzmacniacze operacyjne bo są zbudowane na stopkach. I przy takich zmianach można poszukiwać dla siebie najlepszego dźwięku. Czy to prawda jest z tą możliwością zamiany wzmacniaczy operacyjnych ? A D30+ tej możliwości nie ma. I tu jest też duża rożnica między nimi ?

Topping DX3 Pro musical y calido. Muy bueno igual.

I prefer the topping dx3 her voice is more relaxed and natural, The D 50 is more open and spacious but sounds more digital less natural..

Excellent video. On the DX3 Pro when you select preamplifier out + headphone mode and you have connected powered speakers to it, will it control the volume of the powered speakers as well?? Many thanks!

If you use the line out in the back with powered speakers can you control the volume using the front knob?
