Anyone who owns a propress steamer will know when up to full steam it is impossible to place your hand in a holding position above the steam head.  Doing this will only end up in the person being scalded.  Obviously this demo was done with no steam coming out.  Whilst I understand that this was shown to demonstrate certain points of use I am very disappointed that Propress would show this particular action. The machine itself is fantastic but the user does have to be very aware of how hot it gets and exactly how and where you can hold garments.

I see/understand that for demo purposes this machine is NOT actively steaming, ok, but if she were to be working on those garments she would certainly scald the fingers and wrist of her left hand, and in some movements, potentially right hand aswell, eg in steaming inside garment with down strokes. As a demonstration this video is misleading. The machine is in fact Fantastic, but must be used with these considerations in mind.
