I love that he actually goes out of his way to say “Don’t do illegal things and go to prison.” There are so many former prisoners who will do videos with information like this and never even say that. It makes it clear that his content is educational and I really respect that.

Hey bro love seeing your videos I did four and a half years in 2007. Coming out and adjusting to life out here was hard but it looks like you got it bro your an inspiration to me and everyone who had tried to turn there life around after prison. Keep up the good work and keep your head up

Former Correctional Officer here.

There was an occasion where the jail was full, and couldn't house any new people. So four offenders were sent to my facility (a prison) instead. Before ever even having gone to trial. We couldn't put them in general population, so our captain assigned them private cells in restricted housing (the hole) until the jail could take them.

Men, not yet convicted of a crime, sat in the hole in the prison. I was disgusted with myself and my colleagues.

Here in Luzerne County (PA), county jail can deal w/ up to 2 yrs minus 1 day. State (like Camp Hill) handles 2yr+1 day or more

The jail in Knoxville, TN can hold you up to 5 years

Many times I've heard the living conditions in jail are extremely worse compared to prison. I'd love to know exactly why and if this is as a true widely opinion I've been told.

Jail is way worse the conditions are my dad is spending time in state jail for 3 years and he has previously been in prison for 10 plus years so he says prison is way better and you get better visits and it’s easier
