Have some fun while improving your coordination, action/reaction time and hand eye coordination with these exercises. Watch the video first and then give it a try!
You will need a can of tennis balls, a plastic cup and a tabletop. Exercises can be done seated and some involve rolling the ball on a table. The exercises only use one ball but have the extra balls handy so you do not need to chase after the ball if you drop it. Have a clear space around you and only do what feels best to you in the moment.
