Trevor and Rae take us on a tour of their DIY Overlander tiny home, which they built on back of a retired snowplow. This 4x4 home is made for off-road adventures, and they tow an army trailer behind them for more storage.

Doing that for 110, 000 is impressive! The Croked sink is cool, as is the dog! God Bless you two!

Just saw this home in the background on another channel! I was so wanting to see more, and now here it is, just minutes later!!!

Beautiful setup. Lots of unique personal touches and I dig the couples energy. Louis is a cool dog. Just a side note….those essential oil diffusers can be unsafe and toxic for animals. Something to double check especially in such a small space. Safe travels and cheers to new adventures!

THE BEST THING IS THE CROOKED SINK... IT'S JUST PLACED IN A NATURAL POSITION WHEN YOU'RE PREPARING FOOD IN THAT AREA, CUTTING, WASHING, COOKING... THAT WAS CLEVER ! LOVE IT !

I love what you've done with the place but I see something that you could fix. We moved from a 2300 square foot house into an RV five years ago and in the course of cutting down on clothing I found out a great hack. Those slender little hangers with velvet on them take up so little space. I was using the plastic hangers, and went from about 5 feet to less than 3 feet of hanging space that way. I love those wooden hangers that you have but I think they take up even more space than the plastic ones. Think of how much more stuff you could hang up Woo Hoo!

TIP- If you use those black velvet hangers you'll have TONS more hanging space.
Great rig! If I could have anything I wanted, I'd choose something like yours. No one will be approaching that vehicle!

The very best thing on your rig is the art work on the exterior. The washroom set up was also a good option. To have all the walls and floor waterproof. The marine grade paint was a good option.

Awesome place. Love that bathroom. Unique and very cool. No complaints here. Love it, well stay safe and stay healthy make those memories and have fun and love deeply. Again great place. Cozy to. So happy you guys are living your dream. Thank you for sharing your awesome rig, home, rv. What ever you want to call it. Me it would be called home, exactly right to bringing your home to where ever is a lux that many people don't have.

I hope no one else has already commented on this, but the dog and the rig are a perfect match! You got nailed by the steel price hikes, bummer. I can imagine aluminum went even higher, it's always more that steel anyway. 1800 watts of PV is massive, my off grid home had 1200 watts and I was living large. You need to fab up a light weight, somewhat folding (or maybe not) 2 wheel trailer for that bike, to make full use of having a secondary mode of transportation. Grocery runs, doing laundry, etc., a trailer would be a huge help. I travel in a small plane along with a folding ebike, and the bike trailer I have makes it all much more practical. One of the best owner built rigs I've seen, great job.

They did a very nice job. It did make me ponder on how they finance their nomad lifestyle.

Home is where you make it. This build is my favorite by far.

I've seen a few expedition/overlander style vehicles but this is my favourite design and interior by far. Also Louis is adorable! I love the fact they designed around his needs, something ill be doing for my dogs in future 😁

I seriously love your show. I don't watch very often but when I dive in I lose a couple hours. Loving these truck builds. I see one in my future. I grew up as a kid with my grandparents driving around the west in a Winnebago and boating. Awesome times from Utah to Canada. I need me one of these great little mobile homes. So awesome. Please keep up the great work.

That's a solid build out. I've been daydreaming of using a similar truck, but a 4x4 bucket truck instead of a salt truck. Little shorter.
