Pc builds are not for everyone.
Being a full time worker in my mid 30’s this notebook checks every box for me.
A bit of gaming, long lastjng battery and great keyboard layout with numpad for work.
Once the kids are asleep, I rather sit and game a bit on my dining table then go down in the office alone

The webcam is more like an after thought. However, honestly, if you're serious about webcam, you'd need a separated webcam anyway (as majority of built-in webcam are kind of rubbish).

I think this laptop has quite a lot of things right, especially on the balance between the portability and usability. I like the inclusion of SD card reader and the Thunderbolt port, which my Asus Zephyrus doesn't have them. The price is a bit steep, but for those who have to carry light I think this one is one of the best contenders.

I have the 1070 version of this laptop, so 2018 model, and i LOVE it. As a content creator, its got literally everthing. Performance, Color accurate screen, 144hz, good cooling, AND its Thin and light. Its perfect.

I'm using the 2018 Aero 15. Best laptop I've ever owned. Can run most games at ultra over 100fps. Love it. Only downside is the tinny speaker quality, but play games through a 144hz monitor with proper speakers anyway, so not a huge issue.

For the last time... 90% of us will never use the webcam. Most people simply do not care and would definitely choose a slimmer bezel

The slower VRAM clocks of the 2070 max q combined with its 10% performance differential between the cheaper 2060 and 30% differential with the desktop card is making me pass on this card.

There was roughly a 50% increase in GPU power from the GTX 980M to the GTX 1070 Max-Q. While there was only best case, a 30% increase in performance from the 1070 Max-Q to the 2070 Max-Q. The issue is you're paying more money for ~20% less of a performance increase generation over generation.

It's a choice between this and the GS65. My only problem is that a bunch of reviews have different thoughts on the screen quality, which for me is very important for photo editing.

It's thin, powerful and light, so you can bring it wherever you want.
