I was worried about the homeless during the state fair and I agree that this has become a big problem. the ciry needs to take care of the homeless and to get them back on there feet. and homeless does not need to be near any schools or any play grounds.

In my community we have ordinances in place if you're homeless you MUST go to a shelter or risk going to jail. No panhandling is allowed either. Yes, we do have homeless but we do our best to take care of everyone in our community with food and shelter and help getting them their benefits. There are some people who camp behind dumpsters but not for long.

Raise taxes to hire people to clean up these camps. Higher taxes equals more money for the state to utilize.

A Bobcat with a Dirt Blade. Shove it all in a pile in the middle of the street. They've got 10 minutes to get it all loaded up and gone or it Burns. The Homeless are not unfortunate people who are down on their luck. They're life's Screw-Ups who are trying to reduce us to their level. You take Any Homeless person and their mistakes and excuses go back Decades. There's always a reason why it's our fault that they can't manage the Responsibilities of Adult Living.
