Agios Nikitas, Lefkada - Άγιος Νικήτας, Λευκάδα

Agios Nikitas is a traditional village on the west coast of the Ionian island of Lefkada in Greece. It is situated at a distance of only 12 km from the capital city of Lefkas Town. The village is known for its beautiful stone-built houses, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking views. It is nestled around the bay in an area surrounded by olive groves and enchanting landscapes. The picturesque beach in front of the settlement consists of sand and turquoise blue waters. A breakwater wall protects the beach, making it safe and ideal for families with small children. On the left side of the beach, there is a cave that you can swim into. At the trail's end, you will find a rocky hall leading to a small sandy beach where you can relax. You can also find traditional architecture and local amenities such as fresh fish tavernas, restaurants, cafe bars, mini supermarkets, souvenir shops, and the beautiful Saint Nikitas church. The most beautiful beaches in Lefkada surround the village: Agios Nikitas, Milos, Pefkoulia, Kathisma, Megali Petra (Kalamitsi), Egremni and Porto Katsiki. Agios Nikitas is genuinely an ideal vacation spot for its friendly and refreshing environment for everyone!
