I have finally gotten to the point of being able to fully test my GPS Screen replacement for the ol #genesiscoupe .

Currently this is only for BK2s with the nav screen because It replaces the crappy Bluelink screen with a custom OpenAuto Pro / Android Auto platform. It integrates into the car with the following features:
Wireless Android auto, phone connectivity, dashboards showing ODBII data, reverse/backup cam (if requested), Dashcam (if requested), all running on a Linux platform and Raspberry Pi. Can also do carplay but I have not started on that yet.

Here are the connectivity points so far.

1. Connects into the existing harness:
a. to power on and off with car power.
b. backlighting control with your cars factory lighting
2. With t-tap connectors:
a. Connects to reverse signal cable to trigger Reverse camera (product specific not OEM compatible)
b. Connects to can H and can L to pull canbus data for the hvac controls (still in alpha testing)
c. Audio can be setup to run of of t-tap or the 3.5 audio plug.
3. Run a USB cable for wired Android Auto with a slow charge.

Looking good. Have you integrated a dashcam with the system or is it separate? Cheers!

Have any ideas when you’ll be either releasing this, or releasing the info for others to do?
