Tom was cheating on Erika the whole time they were married I'm positive. She should have sent the evidence to her phone and made copies took him to court and filed for divorce. She would have gotten a lot of money to live for awhile but she figured he's a lawyer he will nail her to the cross no matter what she had on him. Erika acts tough but she was hurt by him and stuck around thinking when he drops dead she would inherit his money.
