You get your “A2” “D4” and “D3” based off of the sample size of the problem. For example, a question I have says “Thirty-five samples of size 7 each” meaning you look at sample size n=7 on your chart and use the correlating data in that row

I second what MadJ said. Can you explain where those numbers come from? I know you can't just pull those numbers out of thin air.

How exactly would you get the "A2" on the chart? I don't understand how you would get that once you have your range and mean sample.

What is A2??? Everywhere I look they just say A2, or D3 or whatever but no one ever explains what the fuck it is lol
