Your system worked. I used a small bowl with warm water and ran it over a paper towel. Bada boom bada bing. Thank you.

Great video! The printer was not used for about 2 yrs and black ink dried out. The tips did not work initially so I tried tip 2 again with warmer water and longer dip time, and boom! Ink gushed out a bit while dipped and that's the time I know it worked. Thank you! This saved me big time.

Thanks for the excellent video. Printer companies warn you against refilling and many other videos ask you to exercise too much caution. I mean I never thought I'll be able to dip my cartridge in water (forget warm water), but this video made me do just that and voila my cartridges are printing like new ones. Way to go .. I was skeptical that this would work but it did. It saved me from having to go spend 35$ for new cartridges just to print two pages. Thank you for the video. From now on I'll try storing the cartridge in a sealed bag to hopefully prevent the ink from drying out.

It worked like a charm. I knew it had something to do with the ink cartridge because I just changed it with a brand new one and just been printing before I changed it. I went to print something and there was barely any ink on the paper. Perfect solution.

I must admit I was sceptical until I tried this tip and it does work. My ink was dried out and I couldn't print anything it was doing my head in and I tried this method and boy is this something that I will do again. It 100% works, anybody who has tried this and said that it doesn't work then you're doing it wrong. The first time it worked a charm you only need a tablespoon of water to rehydrate the ink cartridge.

For context, I have tried all the cleaning/alignment/etc tools first more than 10x (no exaggeration) but nothing worked.
