There is steps for taking pills for depression and anxiety?
I also think everyone suffers from both at some point or another. Some folks have the help to pull out of that slump with out much help. Some folks get sucked down the swirling feeling where it just gets worse and worse and never feels like it’s getting better. Medication is the only help they can find.
While I’m sure there’s lot of options to help. In todays world being medicated is sometimes the only way people can get out of the house, go to work, see friends basically just live there life. The science says it’s a hormonal imbalance.
While positive energy and good people can bring you out. Not everyone has that. Some folks suffer in silence. Some can’t even afford the medication. So they just have to deal with it or Dix there mind in there own and make it better. Not everyone can just do these thing. That’s not how it works.

I suggest to not take no medicine and nothing. I suggest to do something that u like while Ur not feeling good. Or a walk in the nature, there are a lot of things that y'all can do, medicine Is the worst u can choose.

I'm 50, had this for 20 years. The pills don't work, none of them, for me.
