Quick Tutorial: diffusionBee - Mac AI Generated Art with Stable Diffusion!

In this quick tutorial we'll look at how to use the newest AI art app for Mac...diffusionBee. Its all local, so once installed, you won't need an internet connection to create AI images! I've been using this on my M1 mac since few days. It works nice and smoth. The text to image generations are pretty good, but image to image and inpainting images are very poor quality and absolute unusable. Can someone guide me to how to get good quality image to image and inpainting results from Diffusionbee.

not a stupid question at all! Im 99 percent sure it wont work on an intel mac. but you could always try!

This has the great benefit of being easy to get started with, but it performs significantly worse than the invoke-ai Stable Diffusion Fork.

Also, people should be aware that it downloads ~4.5GB of models and stashes them in a hidden folder (~/.diffusionbee). If you delete the app, you'll need to delete that separately.

I'm on a 2019 intel macbook pro 32gb ram and 16cpu etc... this is really slow and if i look at the activity monitors its barely using the cpu's. Is there a way to allocate more memory and processor power?

sorry if this is a stupid question but would this work at all on Intel Macs or is it M1 only?

This works perfectly in my M1 Pro, it's ok, but image quality is not so good. At least is not so good like mid journey.
