Restoring factory recovery media on Dell Inspiron 620

I restore the factory recovery disk that I found for this computer. Turns out the previous owner gave me a bunch of disks, and it was in there. There was also a driver disk as well. I use both of the disks and get Windows installed with all the drivers. It does not really come with any Dell software, but at least it works! I actually still have the Windows 7 install on it, but I might end up wiping it. I am not sure how long I will keep this computer for.

I loved it when Dell sent the driver disk so simple to use. I took all my Dell Branded Windows 7 OS Disk and made ISO's and put on USB. Yes I still keep them just incase they are needed. And they have auto activated since Windows XP. You and you know what? If you had a system with XP Home License you could use a Dell Windows XP Professional. A friend of mine had to have disk sent the system was a Dimension 2400 with Windows XP Home. He had Dell send him the disk and they sent Windows XP Professional. After they started using UEFI you could no longer use a Pro if Home was preinstalled unless you purchased and activated Pro version.

I enjoyed this video. I ordered a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop with windows 7 from Dell website in Nov 2012 [in 2012 most Dells had windows 8 installed, Dell website let you choose W7 or W8]. My 660 has the exact same i3-2120 CPU and came with 6gb ram (changed to 8gb [max] summer 2022). I went to Dell website and got latest drivers and BIOS few years ago. 660 got free W10 upgrade in Feb 2016, currently has 22H2 W10, and runs great.

-Sorry for bothering you but do you know where I could find a archive of the Dell Inspiron 620 recovery disc? I found a Dell Inspiron 620 a few months ago and haven't been able to find a recovery disc to restore it so it just been running for now-
