Stalling issues. 30 HP Yamaha outboard motor

Prior to this video I had some issues with my fuel systems cutting out at full throttle. It was fine when it idles and half throttle. I figure doing the basics before even looking into the carbs. I installed new spark plugs gapped to specs, new OEM gas line and fuel filter assembly. Hopefully this video will help some people who have similar issues.
