This May Be Steven Furtick's Most Bizarre Teaching Yet (And That Is Saying Something)

Steven Furtick, pastor of Election Church, is known for, shall we say, creative biblical interpretation. He recently made one of his most bizarre interpretations yet. In today’s program we will discuss what this is and how this affects his qualifications to be a preacher.

Once upon a time I came across Futrick on TV. After watching a couple of his sermons, I decided to send a love offering for a DVD set. I can't remember exactly, but two or three months went by before it finally showed up in the mail. During that elapsed time I received multiple mailers from him soliciting me for more money. I figured it was more important for me to send him more money than to view his teachings, so I ceased donating and never opened my DVD set which eventually went in the trash.
