Winnipeg Breakfast Spot: Pauline

Located in the Norwood Hotel in the neighbourhood of St. Boniface, Pauline is a stunning eatery with an interior reminiscent of a 1920s French bistro.

Try one of their specialty coffees or savour a warm cup of tea. The breakfast menu delights with delicious dishes like the Garden Hash (two poached eggs, mushrooms, tomato confit, potato, chimichurri and arugula), the Brioche Cinnamon Bun French Toast (strawberry compote and fresh whipped cream) and the Chia Bowl (a great gluten-free option made with maple syrup, coconut and fruit compote).

If you visit the restaurant at lunch, there’s plenty of options outside of the breakfast offerings like burgers, sandwiches and salads.

Pauline is located at 112 Marion Street, open Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
