More women are entering skilled trades, but numbers still lag behind men

Women only make up about 5% of the welding workforce. While the number of women in trades is growing, they still lag behind.

As long as they aren’t put in a position where other people get hurt due to strength differences. (Same would go for weak lanky men but few of them go into trades also)

Most women can't work a 12 hr day 6 days a week. Not saying they can't do it but it is hard for them and it is rare. Speaking from a machine shop, most women come in work a week and say it's not worth it. But they make 22 an hr so idk what's going thru their heads

One woman could make 10 men who can do the labor of 100 women. Sorry its logic.
