Scottish Lake Monster - the team used to play at the National Sports Center, or NSC for short. NSC said quickly sounds like "Nessie" which became an unofficial team mascot. Thus the chorus of "We all believe in a Scottish lake monster".

Nuts of a Warrior - this was a quote from former Italian Minnesota player Simone Bracalello before the 2011 NASL championship game in which he stated "Tonight we will see. We will see who has the nuts of a warrior."

I Wannabe NSC - as stated before, NSC is the team's old stomping ground.

I've got to say.. our songs are pretty bad except for the, MNUFC, Black and Blue chant, and Wonderwall.
