on flagship phone i think better u set resolutions to max, cause no defference, even though u set to 720p, will not increase your battery life, i tried on my s20+, and still with the same battery life, even i gaming PUBG
and set lower and max resolutions, still no defference battery life, make me confused

This video is more about battery life and not so much about performance - and DEFINITELY not about visual difference. pixels on phones are so small you probably couldn't tell the difference with the naked eye especially from a video of a phone on 3 different resolutions. Although maybe a bit on visual difference on refresh but it all comes down to the resolution the video was recorded in. Don't tell me i can tell the difference watching a video between 120hz and 60hz when my own screen only running on 60hz?

(In another universe, this video was recorded in 30hz and a bunch of people were speculating which one actually looked better on their 60hz & 120hz gadgets)

I have a note 10 and I cant seem to differentiate from 720p and 1080p
so Ima stick with 720p just for battery longevity.

I think i see a lil bit of diff when i am on 60hz i'm using s21 ultra but the pixel thing? I set it to max cu nope i have never seen any diff at all with the batt but more vivid and lively colors

I have an Oppo A74 phone and there is a huge difference between 1080p and 780p. 1. 1080p faster, 2. more fluid and clear.

But ( color adjustment manually )
Makes me get the screen resolution/colors of almost better than WQHD 3200 x 1440, not seems to decrease the long battery life at all.

From 7 O'clock - 2am i still get over 50% battery. Phone heavily used to YouTube, tiktok, Camera, both video and pictures, Whatsapp, tidal(uses much battery!) Spotify(better than tidal to battery life!!) to search the internet - so not really trying to spare on battery life on my daily phone usage. Thats pretty impressive in my world. On my S9 i had in same time interval needed to charge at least 2, 5 times.

Not to forget to mention that the smartlauncher pro i've installed constaniously drains more power than the normal UI pre-installed.

(But man i love the smartlauncher pro) of course not payed to say this

S20+..better i get 120Hz with FHD+..enough power full.Actually..it defend what u're want?..somebody like sharpness..use qwhd+ then reduce Hz to 60..need sacriface in our life..nothing is perfect!!!
